North Park Garage
This front route sign from Chicago's North Park Garage was originally dated April
4, 1976. With the addition of the various inserted exposures, a hand written note
was added to the top of the scroll saying it was updated to June 20, 1977. This
scroll also features the "Spirit of Chicago" promotional exposure at the end. The
sign scroll has 144 exposures total. The upper and lower sign tags are shown here.

North Park Garage, located at 3112 W. Foster Avenue, just east of N. Kedzie Avenue,
opened on May 29, 1950. It held a fleet of propane buses from 1950 until 1975, with
the first diesel buses being assigned in 1968. The garage still operates to this day,
with its routes mainly anchored in northern Chicago.
