The 'L', Elevated Train System
This mylar rollsign is from one of
Chicago's "Elevated" trains. It was
designed for their 2400/2600 series
cars.

It is dated June 24, 1984, and has 15
exposures, including the ever popular
"cta - The Spirit of Chicago" exposure.

The black stripe along its right side
contains a series of bar codes, for
automatic destination sign roller fixtures.

The image of this sign has been drawn
virtually perfect to scale, but has been
enlarged 1 1/2 times compared to most
scale drawing signs, to enhance detail.
