This mylar front curb side route name and number sign (left), street side destination sign (center) and side destination sign (right) is the full set of rollsigns from 1998 built OBI 06.501 Orion VI
#2050. After its retirement from CDTA it was purchased by  MidWest Bus Corporation in Owosso, Michigan. The production staff for the movie "Batman v Superman, Dawn of Justice" obtained
the bus and used it in the movie for background traffic while filming in Detroit, Michigan. It was then returned to MidWest Bus Corp.

The original print date of the route name and number sign is September 2002, but it is a second run print of this sign because the original run had a spelling error on it. (That original run sign
is
seen to the far right.) The sign has 77 exposures including the blank exposures. All the exposures with 300 series route number exposures are vinyl stick on readings, and were added later. The
image of curb side sign only (left)  has been enlarged 1.5 times that of the other sign image to show detail. All their respective sign tags are shown below.
The destination sign in this set has a print date of June 2006. It has 161 exposures. An earlier version of this sign in the collection came off of sister coach #2047. It has a print date of August
2002.
Although the print dates are different, all the exposures, their formatting and order on the sign are identical to this.
The side sign's print date is September, 2002 and has 107 exposures. It would appear that the parts order number was changed part way through its production, with the top sign tag having the
original number blacked out. Both sign tags are shown below. VIA MORTON ST" and "VIA CHERRY ST" are incorrect. Each should end with "AVE" instead. "VIA LAKE HILL RD" is correct on this sign.

This mylar front curb side route name and number sign is from 1998
built OBI 06.501 Orion VI #2041. This sign was the first version
printed, and features a spelling mistake on the #71 exposure, saying
"SRATOGA" instead of "SARATOGA". This spelling mistake was fixed
for the reprint version to the left. The sign is dated September 2002. It
has 78 exposures including the blanks. The #7 and all the 300 series
route number exposures are vinyl stick on readings, and were added
later. The sign tag is shown below. The image of this sign has been
enlarged 1.5 times that of other sign images, to show detail.

This mylar side rollsign was originally designed for one of CDTA's 1999
built North American Bus Industries (NABI) low floor buses. These buses
were later retrofitted with orange LED destination signs and the rollsigns
were repurposed. The sign itself was removed from CDTA's 1998 built
OBI 06.501 Orion VI #2047. The sign does not have print date, but was
likely printed to coincide with the original manufacture date of the NABI
buses they were designed for. It has 116 printed exposures, not including
the blank areas. Its sign tag is shown below.
Seen below, CDTA NABI 35-LFW in its original scheme with several
Nova LFS buses behind, State Street, Albany NY, June 2006. This is the
type of bus this rollsign was originally designed for.
