The Deerfield Valley Transit Association is a non-profit service founded in 1996, providing
free transit to Wilmington, Dover, and the surrounding areas in southern Windham County,
Vermont. Known as the "MOOver!" because of its Holstein cow black and white spotted
buses, the service operates 13 bus routes in seasonal operation: All thirteen operate in
the winter schedule, where only five operate on a reduced summer schedule.
Three additional routes operate specific services for the elderly and disabled.
