Kinnickinnic Garage, located in the south central area of Milwaukee, is the larger of the two satellite garages.
With the retirement of the remaining GMC new looks in 2000, this brought an end to rollsigns in active buses in Milwaukee, as their current fleet is 100% electronic destination signs.

This side route name mylar is off a
Crown-Ikarus articulated bus, and is
wider than a standard side sign. It is
dated February 28, 1984, and has
36 exposures.
Its sign tag is shown below.
With 127 exposures, this front destination name mylar is the longest sign in the Milwaukee collection.
It is off Crown-Ikarus articulated bus #3418. Its manufacture date is March 27, 1984.
The image of this sign has been drawn virtually perfect to scale. Its sign tag is shown below.
According to a note hand-written on the sign, it was removed from the bus on June 18, 1985.
These three mylar rollsigns are all off GMC T6H-5307N New Looks.
- The front curb-side route number sign (left) is off bus #2006, has 35 exposures, and is dated December 22, 1986.
- The front street-side destination sign (center) is off bus #1930, has 87 exposures, and is dated December 19, 1986.
- The side route name sign (right) is off bus #2005, has 35 exposures, and is dated December 22, 1986.

Exposure flags are the little tabs on the side of
each exposure that allow the driver to line up the
reading in the front sign window. There are three
errors in those flags, listed by exposure number:
- #43 - It says "SILVER SPRINGS" instead of
"SILVER SPRING"
- #65 - It says "68th ST." instead of "35th ST."
- #76 - It says "CUDANY" instead of "CUDAHY"

This front street side destination sign has the same
readings as the previous one, but is missing the tag
on section at the end. All the flags are correct. The
gray areas show parts of the sign that are torn and
missing. The sign is dated December 19, 1986 and
has 83 exposures. Its sign tag is shown below.
