The FP1001 is a microcomputer based Controller developed by Identicon Corp. to display messages on Ferranti-Packard Display
Boards built with single coil XY-2 (and XY-5) display modules. This manual is provided to outline hardware operation, installation and
maintenance information on the FP1001 Display Controller. It contains essential data for OEM purchases as well as precise information
suitable for the maintenance personnel who have little previous training and who will be maintaining the controller/display system.
